De tach (Pencil and Coal on Paper)

"De tach"
Tomorrow I'll remove my Jaw, Cut out dumb tongue And turn mouth inside out.
Girl asks "how" Then sighs Boy replies- "Maybe a hacksaw- A file and some nails, Leave only chalk dust trails From hinged ends of face So those nouns just fall right out."
Boy makes wishes. Girl snaps fingers like twigs As we wait to take our places And Hearts flip upside down With credit card numbers read And insurance coverage consent. Cash, karma or debit? O.K. so the therapy still goes to your head
And what of the "OH! baby's", "Sweet nothings" and the screaming? That's easy! Morse code from serrated marrow works nicely!
Use As Directed: 1. Balance verbs at the ends of cigarettes 2. Hold breath as if to speak 3. Dramatic, pregnant pauses between the ballet of fidgets and absent lips 4. Lie with the eyes 5. Apply antibiotic
Repeat As Necessary
Girl is thrilled When boys guts are spilled But watch her stall When I cut away my jaw.

Wilde Frau (Based on "The Mother of Echoes by G. James Wyrick (Oil on Cardboard)

"The Mother of Echoes"
And she waits... revolving through time like haunted sunshine unwinding it's rays of vacancy.
She is the silence- provoked and pining away endlessly. Nostalgic as winter's wispy bloodline, she's a living suicide.
A heaven specimen collecting her wails and dragging them through hell like a lullaby. Within the lumbering summer dying it's irretrievable drain, she waits...
She remains, peering between days where she knows how those years have lied...
Within sonnets to black grandeur- within afflictions of emptiness, she waits...
among fresh mouths of ground as they achingly reclaiming what remains- Pressed against autumns lamenting breast.
She waits- shrouded in myth and cloaked in earth.. She waits to sew what was reaped and to give death a birth.
She waits.
She remains.
Winter creeps forward.
Days soon sleep.

Drawing back a Stump (Ink on Paper)

"Drawing Back a Stump"
Her womb speaks to me in verse in lusty psychobabble dichotomy curses I bleed seed for the wet voice of a hungry belly while fallopian tentacles seek out their necessity with threats you can smell.
And those dark lips swell with the secrets of her soul and tempt contempt. A twin-eclipsing toll on an umbilical ghetto.
Intertwined iris, nerve and muscle in the butchering of feeling; the beginning of a human being recoiling its impulse to be and effacing it's hideous identity.
She dangles coat hangers and black stilettos in her propped up pose as she rakes her arcylics through split ends and upturns her nose
And me, a breathy pink corpse undressing the dead-end flesh, shedding off the last of me, gravid memory
and the bloody cure beside me.
Dust to dust by dawn And there is no return.
Cast out to sea unborn.
No origin.
No legacy.
